Its one of those that my mom got from her mom and its been passed down. Plus it is a crock pot recipe so its easy.  And who doesn't love it when &lt;span class="blsp-spelling-corrected" id="SPELLING_ERROR_0"&gt;Frito's&lt;/span&gt; are an &lt;span class="blsp-spelling-corrected" id="SPELLING_ERROR_1"&gt;essential&lt;/span&gt; part of a meal?&lt;br /&gt;2 lbs ground beef- cooked drained and seasoned&lt;br /&gt;1 large onion chopped&lt;br /&gt;2 can chili beans&lt;br /&gt;2 can mild enchilada sauce&lt;br /&gt;Mix all and simmer for 2+ hours&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Put this on top of your &lt;span class="blsp-spelling-corrected" id="SPELLING_ERROR_2"&gt;Frito's&lt;/span&gt; and then layered as desired&lt;br /&gt;Possible toppings: Lettuce, &lt;span class="blsp-spelling-corrected" id="SPELLING_ERROR_3"&gt;tomatoes&lt;/span&gt;, onion, green peppers, cheese, sour cream or cottage cheese.  I know the cottage cheese &lt;span class="blsp-spelling-corrected" id="SPELLING_ERROR_4"&gt;sounds&lt;/span&gt; weird but I think it is &lt;span class="blsp-spelling-corrected" id="SPELLING_ERROR_5"&gt;delicious&lt;/span&gt; and I love it! I have posted it on my blog but here it is again just in case you haven't seen it.&lt;br /&gt;     &lt;p style="font-family: arial;" class="MsoNormal"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: 18pt;"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: 14pt;"&gt;Crust:&lt;/span&gt;1 c chocolate cookie crumbs&lt;span style=""&gt;                        &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: 14pt;"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;o:p&gt;&lt;/o:p&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style=""&gt;          &lt;/span&gt;¼ c butter melted&lt;span style=""&gt;                                                  &lt;/span&gt;&lt;o:p&gt;&lt;/o:p&gt;&lt;/p&gt;          &lt;p style="font-family: arial;" class="MsoNormal"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: 14pt;"&gt;Filling:&lt;/span&gt; 1 pkg cream cheese&lt;span style=""&gt;                                            &lt;/span&gt;&lt;o:p&gt;&lt;/o:p&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style=""&gt;            &lt;/span&gt;¼ c sour cream&lt;span style=""&gt;                                                   &lt;/span&gt;&lt;o:p&gt;&lt;/o:p&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style=""&gt;            &lt;/span&gt;¼ c sugar&lt;o:p&gt;&lt;/o:p&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style=""&gt;            &lt;/span&gt;1 egg&lt;o:p&gt;&lt;/o:p&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style=""&gt;            &lt;/span&gt;¼ tsp almond extract&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p style="font-family: arial;" class="MsoNormal"&gt;&lt;span style=""&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: 14pt;"&gt;Coating: &lt;/span&gt;2 ½ c semisweet choc chips&lt;br /&gt;3 Tblsp shortening&lt;br /&gt;2 oz vanilla almond bark (chopped)&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style=""&gt;&lt;/span&gt;1 tsp oil&lt;br /&gt;&lt;o:p&gt;&lt;/o:p&gt;&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p style="font-family: arial;" class="MsoNormal"&gt;Preheat 300°.&lt;span style=""&gt;  &lt;/span&gt;Line 8x8 pan with foil.&lt;span style=""&gt;  &lt;/span&gt;Grease foil.&lt;span style=""&gt;  &lt;/span&gt;Mix crust and press into bottom of pan.&lt;span style=""&gt;  &lt;/span&gt;Mix cream cheese, sour cream and sugar on medium speed until fluffy.&lt;span style=""&gt;  &lt;/span&gt;Beat in egg and almond.&lt;span style=""&gt;  &lt;/span&gt;Pour over crust.&lt;span style=""&gt;  &lt;/span&gt;Bake 30-40 min (edges should be set and center should be soft).&lt;span style=""&gt;  &lt;/span&gt;Cool 1 hr on cooling rack then 1 hour in fridge.&lt;span style=""&gt;  &lt;/span&gt;&lt;o:p&gt;&lt;/o:p&gt;&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p style="font-family: arial;" class="MsoNormal"&gt;Cover 2 cookie sheets with waxed paper.&lt;span style=""&gt;  &lt;/span&gt;Remove cheesecake from pan (just lift foil out).&lt;span style=""&gt;  &lt;/span&gt;Cut 8x6 to make 48 bites.&lt;span style=""&gt;  &lt;/span&gt;Microwave chocolate chips and shortening at 50% power for 3 minutes, stir then microwave at 15 sec increments until melted and smooth.&lt;span style=""&gt;  &lt;/span&gt;Place 1 cheesecake bite of fork and dip into chocolate covering it (works best when bites are cold).&lt;span style=""&gt;  &lt;/span&gt;Place on waxed paper.&lt;span style=""&gt;  &lt;/span&gt;Then microwave almond bark and oil on high 1 min, stir and microwave in 15 sec increments until melted and smooth.&lt;span style=""&gt; &lt;strong&gt;Betty Crocker Rocky Road Bars&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;1 box betty crocker supermoist milk chocolate cake mix&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;1/2 cup butter melted&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;1/3 cup water&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;1/4 cup packed brown sugar&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;2 eggs&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;1 cup chopped nuts&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;3 cups mini marshmallows&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;1/3 cup chocolate frosting (betty Crocker kind)&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;1. Heat oven to 350 and grease 9 x 13 pan&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;2. In large bowl, stir together half of the dry cake mix, melted butter, water, brown sugar, &amp;amp; eggs until smooth.  stir in remaining cake mix and the nuts.  Pour into greased pan.  Bake 20 minutes (25 for dark or nonstickpan), take out after and cover with marshmallows.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;3. Bake another 10-15 minutes longer or until marshmallows are puffed and golden.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;In a mirowaveable bowl, mircrowave frosting uncovered for 15 seconds. drizzle over bars. cool completley about 1 hour.  for easier cutting use plastic knife dipped in hot water.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;I MADE THESE THE NIGHT WE HAD THE TUTU MAKING PARTY AT LIZ HURSTS HOUSE. It's way easy and something different to try.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;1 white cake mix, prepared as directed     4 c. powdered sugar&lt;br /&gt;2 (8oz.) pkg. cream cheese                       1 pt. whipping cream&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Bake cake as directed on a large cookie sheet; let cool. whip ceam&lt;br /&gt;and set aside. Beat cream cheese and add powdered sugar. Fold in whipped cream. spread topping on cake. Refrigerate for at least1 hour. Cut and top with favorite fruit filling. She wanted this recipe! It is what we are having for dinner tonight!! I have to give credit to Heidi Broderick for giving me this yummy recipe! Its super easy to make.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt; &lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;Ingredients:&lt;br /&gt;1 tsp. oil&lt;br /&gt;1 large red pepper, chopped&lt;br /&gt;1 onion, chopped&lt;br /&gt;1/4 cup KRAFT Original Barbecue Sauce&lt;br /&gt;1 tsp. ground ginger&lt;br /&gt;1 tsp. garlic powder&lt;br /&gt;2 cans (8 oz. each) pineapple chunks, drained, liquid reserved&lt;br /&gt;12 oz. (3/4 of 1-lb. pkg.) frozen cooked meatballs&lt;br /&gt;2 cups instant white rice, uncooked &lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt; &lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;ps It is still good if you don't have red pepper to put in it!!&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;I actually like to chop up my pineapple chunks so they are crushed. &lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt; &lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;How to make it:&lt;br /&gt;HEAT oil in large skillet on medium-high heat. Add peppers and onions; cook 5 min. or until crisp-tender, stirring frequently.&lt;br /&gt;STIR in barbecue sauce, ginger, garlic powder and reserved pineapple liquid. Add meatballs; mix lightly until evenly coated. Cook 10 min. or until meatballs are heated through, stirring occasionally. Meanwhile, cook rice as directed on package.&lt;br /&gt;STIR pineapple into meatball mixture.
